Ace's Audio Alarm & Tint

GO ANYWHERE ELES FOR TINT!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!They place a obnoxious bright silver sticker to promote their business without informing us (we understand the TTC, however the tint is legal 30%, no need for it) and then proceed to places the sticker crooked!!! On the driver side. We ask to speak to the boss to see if they can redo our tint without the sticker and was meet with Homer who speaks very unprofessionally saying “will you be paying the difference” without even asking how he could help us and assessing the situation.

Well I unfortunately had to come here to get an ignition interlock / breathalyzer on my car but still wanted to write a review about the experience. This is already an embarrassing and humiliating thing to have to do but Homer did not make me feel that way. He was so NICE to me about it. When he took the time to show me how to use it, he was patient and encouraging. He even laughed at my jokes when I tried to find humor in it. There is just something to be said about someone who would do that so it was appreciated. Even when I panicked while driving because I couldn’t get it to work, when I called he was again, so nice and encouraging. Coaching me on how to just calm down and get home, calm down and then try it again. So again, I appreciated not being treated like a loser. 🤣 About the business setting: There is a very small waiting room with a TV. So if you need to go there, but you don’t want to leave your vehicle, you can wait. Also for a shop, it was very clean. Now I didn’t go to the bathroom, but it was still very clean. And apparently he knows audio. I saw so many trophies from past events that I can only assume he is very good at what he does when it comes to that. And look

I’ve given a lot of work to Ace but I just had enough. Grant it they may have never done the jobs I asked to be done but they make me pay financially for there mistakes. I’ve had a light bar installed incorrectly, it was at an angle so there was way to much noise that i couldn’t hear anything so they charged me to move it 3 inches more back to where it was now leveled and no noise, what’s crazy is they charged the same amount as they did with all the wiring involved. Had dashcams installed and only one out three was done correctly and functioning. The straw that broke the camels back is that I bought there headlights with one year warranty, it’s been a few months and one went out and they can’t do anything without a receipt he says. Who keeps receipts anymore? It’s all digitally kept by reputable companies but there it is. No warranty and no guarantee of there labors or products.

They did a great job on my Mercedes, couldn't be happier, friendly and professional. Very reasonable.
